The Puerto Ricans in Connecticut Civic Engagement Project seeks to document the oral histories of key community leaders who have actively promoted civic engagement throughout the state. The main objective is to document their experiences, strategies, ideas and opinions about civic engagement in Connecticut. Central to this project is an effort to create a repository of oral histories and materials that can provide viewers with roadmaps to enable the civic or community engagement of Puerto Ricans in Connecticut.
