We are currently working with El Show de Analeh, the San Juan Center, and Capitol Community College to document the impact of El Show de Analeh's programming on the civic participation of Puerto Ricans and Latino's in the Greater Hartford Region. The Puerto Rican Studies Initiative is currently working with the Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Latino to promote their educational public programing projects. We are currently planing a series of educational activities to take place in April 2023.

The Puerto Rican Studies Initiative is currently working with the Hispanic Health Council to explore the possibility of building a Welcome Center to facilitate the incorporation of Puerto Ricans and Latinos arriving to Hartford, CT.
